The Approach
Jack Morton, owned by the IPG network, are one of the world’s leading experiential and event agencies, working with household brands including TikTok, Meta, General Motors and across high-profile events such as the recent Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Bulb developed Jack’s first global plan for sustainability, and implemented it into the operations of 15 offices reaching over 800 employees and spanning the US, UK and Europe, MENA and APAC regions.
Our goal was to create a captivating narrative and clear vision to equip Jack Morton with the skill set to ‘experience better’ – guiding the team to integrate sustainability from the client brief to design and delivery. The outcome was the PLANET Plan, an ambitious industry-leading strategy driving Jack to achieve Net Zero, Zero Waste by 2040.

The Impact
- Set an industry-leading goal of being Net Zero, Zero Waste by 2040.
- Integrated the PLANET Plan into Jack Morton’s operations, from concept through to completion of every experience, engaging household brands and consumers across the globe.
- Built an online PLANET Portal with a supporting AI Chatbot (Isabella) to aid employees with sustainability best practice.
- Trained a network of 60 PLANET Ambassadors – selected from across the globe – to lead the PLANET Plan within their region.
- Partnered with Climate EQ to developed a bespoke and accredited Carbon Literacy Training course for the PLANET Ambassadors.
- Created the PLANET Bootcamp and rolled it out worldwide, training over 700 employees across four continents in how to engage clients, sustainable creative design, delivery and measurement.
- Audited fifteen offices worldwide and provided Sustainability Action Plans for improving environmental impacts.
- Provided key messaging for internal and external communications, leveraging Jack’s market position to set a industry benchmark for sustainable leadership.
