Our Director of Sustainability, Selina Donald, is delighted to be named in the 2025 ENDS Power List, recognised as one of 100 UK environmental professionals who have made the greatest impact in the past two years – as nominated by colleagues, clients and competitors

“The environmental profession is full of powerful people making a difference — countless individuals who are delivering positive change, too often without the recognition their efforts deserve. This year, as in 2022, 2023 and 2024, we place the spotlight on 100 of them.

“Over a week in May 2025, we have celebrated 18 campaigners who were nominated in recognition of their work, 10 unsung heroes making a difference, 20 public sector professionals leading the way, 13 lawyers viewed as the most influential, 10 consultants making waves in the environmental sector, eight private sector professionals seen as pioneers in their fields, nine academics shaping environmental science, and 12 influencers driving for change. Together, all 100 are testament to the collective force of the UK environmental sector, and you can read about their achievements and contributions in the profiles we have prepared below.

“To feature on the list, now in its fourth year,  an individual must have met at least one of four broad criteria. They may have shaped or influenced national or local environmental policy. Their actions may have enhanced the reputation of the environmental profession. Their work may have resulted in demonstrable and positive environmental improvements. Or they may be unsung heroes, who – without acknowledgement or accolades – have worked tirelessly to make significant contributions to green causes.”
